Terms & conditions for promotional offers

  • Specials are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • We offer specials for a limited time only. Please see each individual promotion for further details.
  • Our standard terms and conditions apply for cancellations and refunds.
  • To secure our reduced rates, prepayment is required for all special offer bookings.
  • Treatments are not transferable to other individuals.
  • Specials are not redeemable for cash.
  • Individual results may vary.

Cancellation & refund policy

We appreciate that your time is valuable. We will always do our best to run to schedule and minimise delays, while providing the utmost care for all our patients. Prior to booking, we ask that you take a moment to review our policy for cancellations and refunds:

  • We require at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
  • If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation period, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking promotional offers.
  • As Saturdays and after-hours are our most coveted booking times, we require a $50.00 prepayment for bookings scheduled on Saturdays and any day after 5pm. Normal cancellation fees apply.
  • We require a 50% deposit on the following treatments at the time of booking; RF secret, Threads, Ultraformer and Dermapen. All deposits for these procedures will be forfeited in the case of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. Please note deposits are non refundable.
